And, thank God for Francisca! It's pretty bad that you have to actually KNOW someone at your bank to get fair treatment--someone to vouch for you. Apparently, just being a long-time customer in good standing isn't enough. I sure hope you dumped BOA. Credit Unions seem to be the closest thing to a decent banking establishment. Good luck to you and thank you for sharing your experience! You're right, there are thousands of people watching, listening, reading, so BOA, Wells Fargo, and the others should take this seriously.
